I feel silly posting about this, but I had no idea how much of an impact it made to put white eyeliner on my waterline(s) until recently. It really brightens up your eyes and makes them look wider. I don't think white is too much, but if white isn't for you get a flesh-toned or peach toned eyeliner to use. White eyeliner is also good to use as a highligher or base for your highlighter on your brow bone and the inner corner of your eyes.
